Bespoke Wooden Garages

Our standard designs are easily created with our online configurator, however it could be that our standard design doesn't fit your requirements. If this is your scenario, it could well be that we have built it before - however these designs take a bit time to calculate a price. If you scroll through the examples of some bespoke designs, please contact us to get an individual price, if you see something that ticks the box.

01

Corner Garages

Based on a 15m x 6.1m garage and an additional 6.1m x 6.1m cart lodge, this is a good example of a building that utilises the corner space for a workshop area.

02

Clay Tile Trusses

Example of a garage with trusses at 600mm centres ready to take clay or slate tiles. After this point a local roofer will need to finish with battens, tiles and soffit boarding. These trusses are usually a 30 degree pitch.

03

Garage Workshop

This  customer wanted a garage at the front with a workshop at the back. As the ground sloped, the builder crated a breeze block wall and backfilled to create a level internal floor.

04

Tractor Garage

A tall height building was required by this customer to house a tractor. The right hand side has a slope known as a catslide roof and is a great way to add an extra storage / garage area.

05

No Red Tape

Our customer had permitted development, but wanted to steer clear of building control red tape. These garages are both under 30 square metres and are therefore not subject to building regulations. He actually ended up with 7 garages in total - all under 30 square metres.

06

Garden Room Garage

This garage needed to be in keeping with it's surroundings, and the local planners wanted to see a gable end over the double doors.

07

College Store Room

This was built for tractors and other machinery, with an area on the side for a trailer.

08

Permitted Development

An apex roof garage at 2.5m high, which doubles as a garden office. Set in a traditional garden, this garage required a partition to support the low height roof truss in the centre of the building. It's an alternative to the mono roof garage design.
